Every decision. Every change. Every milestone. Clearly recorded.
The Property Clarity process

One clear route from proposal to completion.

The platform guides both parties through the decisions, evidence and approvals residential projects need.

01

Create the project

The contractor records the property, proposed work, budget and dates, then invites the homeowner into the shared workspace.

02

Build the priced scope

Work packages show labour, materials, allowances, assumptions, exclusions and acceptance criteria.

03

Set materials and milestones

Both parties see the specified products, evidence requirements, stage values and proposed programme.

04

Accept the agreement

The approved proposal becomes a locked project agreement. Future changes follow the variation process.

05

Evidence progress

The contractor uploads before, during, concealed-work and completion evidence against the relevant milestone.

06

Review and approve

The homeowner sees the agreed criteria, evidence bundle and decision required. Corrections stay linked to the milestone.

07

Control changes and delays

Variations, material substitutions and delayed decisions record their price and programme effects.

08

Resolve defects

Each defect has a location, scope reference, evidence, response, deadline and resolution record.

09

Complete the project

Certificates, guarantees, final account information and outstanding defects feed into the completion record.

Protected payments

Payment protection will connect to the same process

Property Clarity does not currently hold client funds. A future protected-payment service will use an appropriately regulated payment provider, subject to commercial and compliance arrangements.

1. Agree

2. Protect

Confirm funds through the provider.
